The Éco quartier de l'Ancienne Papeterie is the first SEED-certified eco-neighborhood in the canton of Fribourg. This innovative residential area integrates seamlessly with the Marly Innovation Center (MIC), offering a sustainable and eco-friendly living environment. The project promotes social diversity and offers a coherent urban landscape tailored to the needs of its residents.
For this project, I developed a website that highlights the available commercial spaces while showcasing the many advantages of the neighborhood, such as its infrastructure, natural surroundings, and accessibility. Additionally, I implemented targeted newsletters to effectively communicate with prospective tenants.
