Context
The “Rives de la Baye” project is a real estate project aimed at renovating a former industrial site located in Montreux in order to set up apartments as well as commercial areas. The aim was to keep the overall envelope of the old building in order to retain its historic charm.
In order to promote the project, I was asked to imagine a logo as well as a visual identity. Once these elements had been completed and validated, I was responsible for producing the promotional brochure for the real estate project, ranging from the layout to the 2D and 3D plans. I also took care of the website design.
